Partnerships

Our Partners

At Awareness Cambodia, we are grateful to work alongside generous and committed partners who share our vision of empowering children and young adults  through education and care. Each partnership makes a real difference, helping us provide resources, opportunities, and hope for students from disadvantaged communities. Together, we are transforming lives and creating brighter futures.

Tim Purcell Cambodia Scholarship Fund

Awareness Cambodia entered into partnership with the Tim Purcell Cambodia Scholarship Fund in 2013.

The Purcell Agriculture Scholarship supports poverty alleviation in Cambodia by enabling students from disadvantaged rural backgrounds to pursue agriculture-related university studies and contribute toward rural development, agricultural productivity, and community wellbeing within Cambodia.

Working alongside Graduation House and the University Scholarship Programme, the scholarship helps create educational opportunities for capable students who would otherwise have limited access to tertiary education.

The programme continues to play an important role in developing future Cambodian agricultural leaders and professionals.

University of Puthisastra

The University of Puthisastra (UP) is a private university located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, established in 2007. It is recognised for its strong focus on health sciences, information technology, and innovation-driven education. UP offers programs in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing, midwifery, medical laboratory sciences, and ICT, with a mission to develop skilled professionals who contribute to improving healthcare and technology sectors in Cambodia.

Awareness Cambodia partners with the University of Puthisastra through nursing scholarship programs, working alongside Graduation House and the University Scholarship Programme to support students in accessing higher education and strengthening the nursing workforce in Cambodia.

Crown Money Management

Crown Money Management partnered with Awareness Cambodia in support of educational initiatives for vulnerable Cambodian children and young people.

Through involvement in the Case for Change programme and school supply distributions, their support helped provide educational resources for students in rural Cambodian communities where access to schooling and basic supplies remained limited.

Their partnership contributed to improving educational opportunities and encouraging long-term pathways out of poverty through learning.

Dreambuilders Network

The Dreambuilders Network includes churches in Australia, France, and other international communities that have partnered with Awareness Cambodia for many years through financial support, advocacy, and community engagement.

Beginning in 2003, churches within the network contributed significantly toward humanitarian and educational initiatives in Cambodia, including support for Graduation House and student development programmes.

Their partnership has helped generations of Cambodian young people access education, mentoring, and opportunities that continue shaping lives today.

Nations Cambodia

Nations Cambodia is a valued partner of Awareness Cambodia, united by a shared vision of empowering people, strengthening communities, and creating lasting change in Cambodia.

Through their support and collaboration, students are gaining opportunities to grow as leaders, serve their communities, and build brighter futures. Together, we are helping young people from disadvantaged backgrounds access education, develop practical skills, and discover their potential.

A recent example of this partnership saw Awareness Cambodia students participating in community health activities connected with Sunshine House. Working alongside healthcare professionals and volunteers, students gained valuable hands-on experience while making a positive contribution to the lives of local children and families.

Together, Nations Cambodia and Awareness Cambodia are investing in the next generation of Cambodian leaders – creating opportunities, inspiring hope, and helping transform communities for years to come.

WEN Giving

WEN Giving, established by the Wen family of Malaysia (founders of Selangor Properties Berhad in Kuala Lumpur and Hawaiian Pty Ltd in Perth), has provided valuable support to Awareness Cambodia and Operation Nightingale initiatives over many years.

Their support contributed significantly to the development of healthcare outreach and medical programmes serving vulnerable communities in provincial Cambodia, including the provision of vehicles and operational support enabling medical teams to reach remote rural areas.

While WEN Giving is not currently a major active sponsor, we remain grateful for their important contribution to the growth and development of these programmes over many years.

Additional Partnerships

Awareness Cambodia also works alongside trusted Cambodian organisations, universities, churches, healthcare initiatives, and community partners to expand educational and professional opportunities for students.

This includes newer partnerships supporting nursing scholarships through University Puthisastra, alongside locally-led Cambodian initiatives that have grown out of earlier programmes such as Operation Nightingale.
