Itinerary

Visit local sights in Phnom Penh to gain an insight into the culture, history and unique challenges of Cambodia.  Sights include Toul Seng Genocide Museum and the Killing Fields of the Pol Pot regime.

Travel to Awareness Cambodia’s projects in Kompong Speu, a one hour drive from the capital Phnom Penh.  The team will attend to maintenance issues at the Sunshine House village and House of Progress.  These two amazing projects provide shelter, safety and a nurturing environment for orphaned and at-risk children.

Finally, we leave Phnom Penh and head off for a few days of rest and relaxation.

Requirements:

• Current National Police Clearance (organised by Awareness Cambodia on acceptance to the team)
• Submit Deposit (non refundable) and all other monies by the due dates as set by the trip organisers
• Attend expression of interest meeting and orientation meeting where cultural, health, safety and travel information will be communicated
